Job Objectives Customer Account Manager

Responsible for managing a group of accounts to achieve long-term success, develop positive relationships, handle customer needs, and create new sales using existing and potential customer networks. The job requires the ability to meet customers’ needs and requests and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Basic Qualifications

Qualification: MSc/Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.

  • Proficiency in creative skills to contribute new and innovative ideas.
  • Possess verbal communication skills to articulate ideas to colleagues and clients.
