Job Objectives Social Media Moderator

The moderator is responsible for monitoring comments and messages received via digital platforms. And respond to them effectively. Deals with user inquiries and complaints, It provides quick solutions, Deleting the violating content and promoting positive interaction with the audience.

Job Tasks

  • Follow up on posts and comments to ensure they adhere to the platform’s specific rules and policies.
  • Guide discussions and conversations to ensure members respect each other and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Responding to members’ inquiries and complaints, Resolving disputes effectively and quickly.
  • Delete or edit content that violates policies or is deemed inappropriate.
  • Preparing periodic reports on common activities and problems and proposing solutions for improvement.
  • Take necessary measures such as warning or blocking users when necessary.
  • Encouraging active and positive participation among members through competitions and events.
  • Work with the administrative team to develop and update policies and rules based on changes in the community or platform.
  • Training new members to use the platform correctly and providing the necessary instructions.

Job Basic Qualifications

Qualification: MA/Bachelor of Marketing or Journalism
Number of years of experience (if any) Previous practical experience in the field of reviewing and monitoring content and people’s interaction on social media platforms.
