Job Objectives Video Editor

Responsible for adjusting and editing cinematic pieces in a way that is not visible to the audience and taking brief to understand the production team’s needs and specifications as well as reviewing the shooting script and raw materials Determining where to take pictures based on the value of the scenes and participating in the continuity of the scene The job requires someone who is talented in the compilation of recorded footage and the ability to combine with Picture and sound in order to present a consistent story.

Job Tasks

Modify and edit cinematic pieces in a way that is not visible to the audience.
Receive a brief to understand the production team’s needs and specifications
Review the shooting scenario and raw materials to create a shooting decision list based on the value of the scenes and their contribution to continuity.
Define clips and clips and set movie sequences.
The introduction of music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
Ensure the logical sequence of scenes with the consistency of the clips.
Consulting with the work team from production to post production.
Continuously follow and implement new editing techniques and industry best practices to achieve maximum efficiency.
Participation and implementation of various procedures and photography sessions, whether inside or outside the company.
The ability to photograph and artistic vision.

Job Basic Qualifications

Qualification:	MA/Bachelor/Diploma in Film Studies or Media.
Number of years of experience (if any)	Experience required at least 1 year Previous experience as a video editor. Presence of video clips
Personal characteristics of the incumbent	Communication and Connection skills Ability to solve problems The ability to make decisions Ability to learn and transfer experience The ability to work in a team Work skills under pressure Leading ability Dialogue management skills
Skills Required	Good knowledge of design according to the required specifications. Good implementation in the development and design of websites. Familiarity in Arabic and English
